My name is Beverly, and I am not a weight loss expert. The only thing I am an expert on is myself, and even that is questionable. LOL. Any information found in this website is strictly from my own experience, and what I have learned throughout my life.
I decided to write a blog, to share my experiences, mostly in weight loss, and improving my health, with those who might want to take that journey themselves. I thought it might be nice to share what I know, and hope that it would be helpful for someone else. Please feel free to leave comments.

About Me.
I started my journey to improve my health on January 6, 2020. My starting weight was 213 pounds, and my glucose levels were dangerously high. I am now down to 139 pounds, and hope to lose just 4 more. I am off of all of my diabetes medications, and continue to maintain normal daily glucose levels.
